The Lords of the Fallen has undergone a complicated development, to the point of being completely redesigned and entrusted to a new team. Obviously, this work paid off since the game was talked about at the last Gamescom with a superb CGI trailer. CI Games is now ready to show us a little more about this sequel, since the game was present at the Game Awards to present its very first gameplay teaser.
A dark and promising universe
This Souls-like finally shows us its gameplay and the universe should not disorient lovers of From Software’s games too much. The game will offer us to visit two parallel worlds, that of the living and that of the deceased, with a challenge that promises to be there and really formidable bosses to fight, in the pure tradition of the genre.
Nine character classes will be available to best customize our approach, while the game will also have an online part with the possibility of inviting people to help us or to fight them.
The Lords of the Fallen does not currently have a precise release date, but it will reach us in 2023 on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series.
