MWednesday, May 11, the Court of Cassation issued a judgment which definitively confirms the scale governing the compensation granted by the judge in the event of dismissal considered “without real and serious cause”. Marie-Hélène Bensadoun, lawyer specializing in labor law, associated with the firm August Debouzy, which defends employers, deciphers this decision about a key measure at the start of Emmanuel Macron’s first term on labor law.
