The mad ploy of an electrician to spend his evenings on the sly with his darling

An extraordinary love story. In India, to be certain of succeeding in see his girlfriend in the evening discreetly, an electrician had taken up the annoying habit of cutting off the power to his entire village. Thus, for long weeks, the small village of Ganeshpur, in the center of the country, lived in the dark for two or three hours. When they were fed up with this situation, the inhabitants began to do their own investigation. And the latter noticed that the neighboring villages were not affected.

After a few observations, the latter quickly understood that the power supply in their village was cut off every evening. They then set up a scheme to catch the bandit in flagrante delicto. Noticing a man cutting off the electricity, they tailed him to notice that he was meeting a woman in secret. Arrested, he confessed that he cut the electricity “so as not to be noticed” because they weren’t married.

So, to avoid further power cuts, locals forced the couple to marry. Very lenient, they never filed a complaint against this electrician. “No reason to question the man”, local police said. Result of the races: since this incredible story, there has been no power cut in the village and the couple now lives happily and in the light of everyone!
