Season 2, released in 2020, left us with the heartbreaking farewell between Din Djarin and Grogu, who left under the protection of Luke Skywalker to continue his Jedi training. The filming of this season 3 has experienced several delays due to the Covid pandemic and strikes in Hollywood. This was finally completed in March 2022.
