It could already be seen at this year’s “Star Wars Celebration” – but only for those present. But apparently the first teaser trailer for the 3rd season of “The Mandalorian” was also filmed on the occasion – and has now been posted on Reddit (via CBR).

This now confirms what the visitors of the “Star Wars Celebration” have already reported: The 3rd season of the series on Disney + will therefore play largely on Mandalore, where the protagonist Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) ends up. Of course, the cute Grogu must not be missing either.
Also featured in the Season 3 clip are Greef Karga (Carl Weathers) and Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackhoff). It is likely that Bo-Katan would want to win Din Djarin’s fabled darksaber in a fair fight to become the rightful ruler of Mandalore.
A brand new character who has not yet appeared in “The Mandalorian” is also honored in the trailer: Babu Frik, an only 22 centimeter tall Anzellan from “Star Wars – The Rise of Skywalker”. Since Babu Frik was already a proud 85 years old at the time of the events of this cinematic film, he can easily appear in the earlier series “The Mandalorian”.
Alongside this new face, the mysterious blacksmith will play a bigger role in Season 3 on Disney+ – as you’ve already read about here. In the video she kills a criminal using her powerful hammer.
