Is Detlef D! Soost candidate for "The Masked Singer"? He may have inadvertently revealed his participation in an interview.
The ProSieben show "The Masked Singer" normally runs under strict secrecy. Nobody should find out in advance which stars are hidden under the costumes. A celebrity could have revealed his participation before the new episodes began tomorrow, Tuesday: Detlef D! Soost (50, "Be Your Best"). During a live show by the "Bild" newspaper, the "Popstars" primeval rock was asked how the rehearsals for "TMS" were going. Without thinking about it, the dancer and choreographer replied: "I think quite well."
So was he caught? Of course, there is no official confirmation of his participation yet. Instead, Soost claimed in the further conversation that he "definitely does not want to participate" in "The Masked Singer": "If I sing, it is assault." A great vocal talent is known to be not a must for the show.
Whether Soost is really part of "The Masked Singer" remains to be seen in the next few weeks. The fourth season starts on February 16. The new episodes run every Tuesday from 8:15 p.m. on ProSieben.
