ProSieben is planning a Christmas episode of “The Masked Singer”. Three costumed celebrities are said to be there.

The new episodes of the popular entertainment show “The Masked Singer” are currently running live on ProSieben every Saturday from 8:15 pm. The station is now planning to broadcast a Christmas special. This has been announced by Seven. One Media, a subsidiary of the broadcasting group.

An “enigmatic Christmas show”

The format should therefore be called “The Masked Singer – The Enigmatic Christmas Show” and be shown in December. An exact date is not yet known. Three masked celebrities are supposed to perform Christmas songs in several rounds as part of a Christmas story.

It is already clear that the viewers can take part in the puzzle again. Because which celebrities are supposed to be in the costumes will of course not be revealed yet. The studio audience should then vote for their favorite after each of these rounds.

Who is on the advice team?

A prominent advice team will also be there again. It is not yet clear whether it is Ruth Moschner (45) and Rea Garvey (48). In the current fifth season, the grand finale of which takes place on November 20, the presenter and the singer always try to find out the secret of the masked celebrities with a guessing guest.

In the current season you can still see the pug, Mülli Müller, the caterpillar, the phoenix, the axolotol, the teddy, the heroine and the skunk. Ex-soccer professional Pierre Littbarski (61, hammerhead shark) and “Tagesschau” chief spokesman Jens Riewa (58, Chili) have already been exposed. The tiger also appears exclusively online.
