The first costumes of the 3rd season of "The Masked Singer" were revealed: a perky bee, a cute alien and a graceful hippopotamus.

Now the guesswork around "The Masked Singer" can start again: The broadcaster ProSieben has unveiled the first three colorful costumes for the third season of the vocal show. Under the slogan "Articulate ungulate, UFO crashes on a meadow of flowers", a first glimpse of a light blue alien, a perky bee and a hippopotamus in a ballerina outfit was given.

As in the two previous editions, the moderator is again Matthias Opdenhövel (50). In view of the first costumes, he expects great television entertainment: "I'm in love again. A ballet hippopotamus in a tutu, an alien with horn ears and a bee with eyelashes from here to New Zealand. Who can resist that? I'm happy how Cheer for the new season and all other costumes. It'll be great again! "

Seven panels are still pending

Which stars could be among the three presented and the seven outstanding masks? This question will be asked by the television audience and the renowned jury from October 20 (8:15 pm, live on ProSieben) and every Tuesday thereafter. Instead of Ruth Moschner (44) and Rea Garvey (47) as a permanent part of the advice team, Sonja Zietlow (52) and Bülent Ceylan (44) and a changing guest juror will be there this time.

Ceylan himself took part in the TV competition in season one under an angel costume and came third behind Gil Ofarim (38) as grasshopper and winner Max Mutzke (39) alias astronaut. Meanwhile, the second season was won by Tom Beck (42) as the sloth. Who wins in season three will be revealed in the finale on November 24, 2020.
