The Midnight Walk was featured during the broadcast PlayStation State of Play. The trailer reveals a hand-crafted world where players take on the role of The Burned, a character who befriends Potboya lost lamp creature. Together, they must navigate a universe filled with wonders and horrors, all while using the flame of Potboy to light their way. Players will have to use their wits to escape menacing monsters intent on devouring their companion’s flame.
The game features five narratives that blend fire and darkness, featuring a cast of unique characters. Every element of the game, from the environments to the enemies, has been carefully sculpted from clay and then digitized into 3D with an impressive level of detail. This process, combined with stop-motion animation, creates a world that is both complex and visually captivating.
