Using artificial intelligence, the system helps the user select the best photo taken of a scene between 1.5 seconds before and after the shutter is activated. HONOR has improved its technology to take even sharper snapshots than the previous generation.
On the front, the 50 MP front camera is combined with a TOF sensor for depth of field calculation, a combination for capturing beautiful selfies with bokeh effect and having safe and fast 3D facial recognition.
Even more generous autonomy
The Magic5 Pro’s 5,100 mAh capacity graphite battery gives way to a 5,600 mAh silicon carbon battery on the Magic6 Pro. This technology has already proven itself on the Magic V2. It makes it possible to increase the density (743 Wh/L), and thus improve the capacity of the battery without affecting its size.
In addition, the integration of an energy management chip also contributes to offering a more durable smartphone. The autonomy reaches 11 hours of use in ultra-intensive use and easily exceeds a day in case of standard use. The Magic6 Pro has autonomy at least as good as the Magic5 Pro, which already excelled in this aspect, so its performance is higher and its screen is brighter.
Performance, in fact, is entrusted to a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip from Qualcomm engraved in 4nm, the best on the Android market currently. As usual, HONOR provides users with very fast charging, with power up to 80 W wired and up to 66 W wireless.
A durable and bright screen
The Magic6 Pro features a large 6.8-inch NanoCrystal Shield panel. It is the strongest screen in the industry, designed using HONOR patented technologies on material formulation and chemical reinforcement. The display is certified to withstand drops of 1.60 m, making the smartphone more durable and recommended for the clumsiest among you.
You will have no problem viewing your mobile in direct sunlight: the manufacturer has made great efforts to increase the brightness, which doubles compared to that of the Magic5 Pro. For content with greater contrast and more vibrant colors, the Magic6 Pro is Dolby Vision and HDR Vivid certified.
For years, HONOR has made a point of taking care of our eyes and continues its good work with the Magic6 Pro. The high-frequency screen of the smartphone offers extremely high pulse width modulation (PWM) of 4,320 Hz, which helps to avoid flickering effects (imperceptible to the naked eye, but not without consequences for our eyes), and therefore reduce eye fatigue.
