“Reducing your intake of processed foods, sugar and salt can also help, as can staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water.”Garshick adds.

“Regular exercise helps increase blood flow to certain areas of your body, which helps speed up fat loss. Therefore, running, resistance training and cycling can help.”

Garshick recommends incorporating a mixture strength training and cardiovascular exercises in your routinewhich helps burn fat and build muscle, reducing the appearance of cellulite.
Apply a retinol cream
Although retinol is not a “natural” option, it is not a surgical procedure, which is why we consider it a good option for reducing cellulite. “Stimulating collagen production can contribute to smoother, firmer skin texture,” explains Garshick.
“While this won’t eliminate cellulite dimples, it can certainly improve the surface appearance.” Slowly apply the retinol cream to the skin, applying it every other day to allow the skin to adjust and avoid irritation.

Exfoliate your skin
“Regular exfoliation and moisturizing can also improve skin texture and
traffic”explains Garshick.
When exfoliating, always start with clean skin and apply the product as directed. Focus on the areas of the body you want to improve and be sure to rinse well and then follow with a gentle moisturizer.
Try a caffeine-based cream
Although caffeine is known as a lifting agent, research doesn’t all support this, so Garshick recommends opting for creams with caffeine and other active ingredients like antioxidants and peptides that help smooth skin.
