On Tuesday December 12 at 5 p.m., her 24-year-old daughter went to the Blois police station, in Loir-et-Cher. She wanted to file a complaint against her ex but the police asked her to come back the next day to do the process.

Unfortunately, 2 hours later, Chloe was found unconscious in the lobby of her building, the victim of an assault. She has since been in the hospital, in a coma. It is not yet known whether the young woman will recover.

Arrested, heard by the police and then remanded in custodythe alleged attacker of Chloé admitted to having struck but denies having wanted to kill her.

A relative of the victim was contacted by telephone by TF1. He explains: “The day Chloé went to file a complaint, she was on the phone with her mother. She told him everything”. The policeman refused to take his complaint, explaining that Chloé had not filed a handrail and that it was no longer possible at this time to do so.

Then, we learn that “Chloé passed her phone to the policeman, at the other end, her mother begged him to take her complaint. But he refused. She assured him that her attacker had to wait in front of her daughter’s house, but the policeman refused to put in place any protection”. According to the relative of the young woman, she would have suffered violence “from the first weeks of their meeting”.

The IGPN, the “police of police”, must investigate this case.
