With the Lundi 20, Mustache is offering its first longtail electric bike (whose main loading area is located at the rear), a model that seems to have the answer to everything, or almost, to be as versatile as possible. It features 20-inch wheels and maintains a measured length. As always with Mustache, Bosch is in charge of the electrification with a Cargo Line central motor (85 Nm) and a 500 Wh battery. Note that a Dual version exists with two 500 Wh batteries.
The Mustache Lundi 20.5 stands out as one of the benchmarks in the electric cargo bike segment. Full of qualities and very easy to handle, it offers a very appreciable versatility which allows it to replace a small car on daily journeys. Admittedly, the integration of the batteries could have been further developed, but this remains a detail here. The investment is important, but the Monday 20.5 makes it good with every pedal stroke, whether traveling alone, with others or loaded. The Lundi 20.5 Dual will appeal to heavy riders with its second battery for an additional cost of €1,000.

The Decathlon Elops R500 E may be the brand’s first electric cargo bike, but overall it is very successful. Aesthetically appealing, it is efficient and pleasant to drive once you get used to its size. Decathlon manages to offer a relatively affordable longtail electric bike, capable of being very versatile. In this segment and at this price, the Elops R500 E will hardly find a competitor. Added to this is the strength of the Decathlon network.
