La justice looks back on an unsolved and enigmatic case dating from 2013. As indicated Var-Morningthe new “cold case” center in Nanterre has reopened the investigation into the disappearance of Laëtitia Czuba, a young woman from Fréjus who has not given any sign of life since September 25, 2012. The previous investigators had interrupted their research in 2013.
“There will be a fresh look at the investigation, it opens up prospects”, relieves the father of Laëtitia Czuba with the regional daily. The evening of her disappearance, the young woman, then aged 33, had pretended to go to her grandmother’s house, 40 minutes from her home, to spend the night there. But Laëtitia Czuba never arrived at her destination.
A mysterious disappearance on the beach
Quickly, her relatives think that she was the victim of a car accident. But the discovery of his vehicle will undermine this hypothesis. At 10:30 p.m., a team of police officers drove along the Italian coast, 120 kilometers away, and found their car, lights on and badly parked in front of the gate of a holiday residence.

The agents then question the owner of the residence, but nothing comes of it. After analyzing the CCTV images, the investigators discovered that the young woman had climbed the gate of the residence alone before running towards the beach. His trace then disappears. Ten years later, the “cold case” center of Nanterre hopes to find explanations.
