Episode 7 Act I of Valorant is fast approaching since it will be available from June 27, shortly after the third anniversary of the game. And for the occasion, a brand new agent arrives with its advanced technology.
After Gekko last March, it’s the turn of Deadlock and its technology to appear in Valorant. Straight from Norway, he will deploy one of the most modern arsenals.
Deadlock will thus have a GravNet grenade, which explodes on landing and forces enemies to crouch and move in slow motion, or an ultrasonic radar to detect all sounds generated by enemies in an area. He can also block the advance of enemy agents with his Barrier Disc. Finally, the new agent will be able to launch Annihilation and thus fire a salvo of nanocables which capture the first enemy hit, which will have the effect of killing him unless he is freed in time by his allies.
Episode 7 Act I also marks the arrival of a new battle pass as well as the collection of New Frontiers skins. The contents of the pass should be inspired by a futuristic aesthetic.
