The new interface of Google Photos will greatly simplify your photo editing on computer

Google Photos reviews its interface on web browsers. And the least we can say is that this should greatly save you time.

After integrating a more powerful search function last May and video effects this summer, Google Photos will now make life easier for users when it comes to photo editing.

Photo editing just got easier in Google Photos

The website 9to5Google tells us that the Mountain View company recently updated its Google Photos application. On the Web, it will now allow you to enjoy a much clearer and more ergonomic editing interface. The ‘Suggestions’ tab will appear first and will give you quick access to the ‘Enhance’, ‘Dynamic’, ‘Warm’ and ‘Cool’ options. A very practical function for those who wish to retouch their photos without spending hours on it. Google One subscribers can also take advantage of additional features, including HDR-related options.

The crop tool has also undergone some welcome changes. The various options have abandoned their aging drop-down menu, in favor of a more readable interface. Simply click on the aspect ratio you want (16:9, 5:4, 4:3, and 3:2) and look at the bottom of the screen to see the rotate controls and the option “Reset”. Finally, you will notice that the filters section has been moved, so that it is in last position among the various tabs (i.e. at the very right of the screen).
