Return to calm on Tuesday June 13, 2023 in the morning after a hectic day for the info-retraite.fr site. The day before, the official simulator to know his retirement rights was stormed. Nevertheless, BFM TV states that Union Retraite, the public interest group that set up this simulator, thought it was ready to take the shock of a large volume of simultaneous connections. In reality, it was nothing. At midday on June 12, 2023, the simulator recorded up to 500 career simulation requests per minute. always according to BFM TVit was only planned to support… only half of it.
If we take out the calculator, we find figures that are quite high, with this peak corresponding to 30,000 requests per hour, or even 720,000 requests per day. The full extent of the phenomenon is not yet known, but 20 minutes details that the simulator has already experienced large volumes of monthly visits, with 1 million monthly connections on average, and even 4 million at the heart of the debates on pension reform in January 2023.
But then, why has such a wave swept over the Info Retraite simulator on Monday, June 12, when this tool has existed since December 2019? Quite simply because since 6 a.m. (Paris time), it has been possible to carry out simulations of your pension rights taking into account the controversial 2023 reform. what sauce they are going to be eaten.

This is not the first technical hiccup experienced by the government as well as by public structures since the launch of the 2023 pension reform.
