Nothing will unveil its new smartphone on July 11: the Phone (2). The British brand has not given many details about its baby, but we already know that it should ship a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and once again target the mid-range product market.
In 2022, Nothing shook up the small world of smartphones with the Phone (1), a classic product on paper, but with an extraordinary design. Rebelotte in 2023, since the manufacturer announces a conference dedicated to Phone (2) during the summer.
It’s the July 11 at 5 p.m. (French time) that the Phone (2) will be presented in full. The ad card is intended to be sober, but already says a lot about the design. We note that the Glyph system (the dynamic LEDs located on the back) is taken over, with a few small changes in the layout. No revolution expected at the visual level, therefore. We should logically find the Nothing paw, namely a hull all in transparency.

A few months ago, Nothing assured that his smartphone would be equipped with a high-end Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, without exploding the price of the first model. The rest is a total mystery.

Fortunately, the magic of leaks and rumors allows us to get an idea of the final product. So, it should be equipped with a 6.7 inch screen, is slightly larger than that of the Phone 1. For the photo, two sensors should be there, with always the optics of having a good photophone for its price. The novelty should be the two-tone LED flash to be able to take better photos in low light. Finally, the last important point, the Phone (2) will be entitled to three years of major Android updates, a real plus.
We should therefore have a Phone (2) in the right line of the Phone (1). Surprise smartphone from 2022, it enchanted us for its fair price, its mastered technical part but also by its very original design. We hope that the 2 will be able to surprise us.
