With all the business happening over the year at Activision, call of duty vanguard shone less than its predecessors, even if the game continues to sell in pallets. As you can imagine, the publisher is already working on the new opus, while Vanguard receives more and more updates, such as an update concerning a crossover with The attack of the Titans. Tom Henderson, who is an insider renowned for his leaks on the series call of duty, recently brought some details about the game.
See you at the Summer Games Fest
As expected, it’s looking like this year’s Call of Duty title, Modern Warfare II (2022), will be revealed in the summer.

We already knew it more or less, but this call of duty 2022 would apparently be named Call of Duty Modern Warfare II, and would therefore be the sequel to the episode released in 2019.
According to Henderson, this opus would take up the communication scheme of Vanguard, which means thatit would be revealed during the summer, and not before. It also indicates that the publisher would work more on an October release, following weaker than expected results on Vanguard, released in November (which can change a lot of things for the first week of marketing). He then declares that a major update would then land on Warzone, as was the case with Vanguard.
Another insider, well known to the community call of duty, claims for its part to know more about certain game modes. Ralphs Valve then declare that this opus would include a mode called DMZ, which would place us in an open world with missions to accomplish, dynamic weather and special events. This mode would be designed by Infinity Ward, and would be in development for 4 years. Contrary to Henderson’s statement, we will take these last details with a little more tweezers.
Anyway, this opus should be very important for Activision, which must still manage its internal worries before fully worrying about its next hit.
