“The previous phase, which involved testing Russian air defense systems, is over. Ukraine unfortunately does not have the means to defend itself against the missiles used by Russia (…). But it is now clear that Russia itself does not have defense systems mobile enough to thwart such attacks. This means that the next step is readjustment. »
