You may have seen The Outbound Ghost in several conferences this year, such as our last edition of theAG French Direct, where we had the opportunity to speak with Conrad Grindheim of Conradical Games to learn more about this adventure RPG with ghosts. Often compared to Paper Mario for its aesthetics reminiscent of Nintendo’s game (there are worse as a comparison), the title has been available for a few weeks on PC, and is now about to be released on the various consoles.
Three different dates for the console release

We learn today that The Outbound Ghost will hit the console market next week, but with a three-part release. First of all, the RPG will arrive on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles on November 30, then on December 1 on Nintendo Switch. It is also planned to be released on Xbox One and Xbox Series, but a little laterwithout specifying when exactly.
At the same time, free updates are planned for the next few days, with French language support coming to PC. There will also be new quests and new NPCs. In December, the New Game + will be implementedand 2023 will also see several updates coming to improve the experience.
As a reminder, The Outbound Ghost presents itself as an adventure RPG in which we embody a ghost responsible for helping the specters to access eternal rest, by freeing them from their past torments.
