Announced last July, the Xbox and Nintendo Switch versions of the independent game signed Giant Squid and published by Annapurna Interactive, The Pathless, have just been dated by the publisher, with the added bonus of a physical edition for the Nintendo console. Take out your diaries since The Pathless will land on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch on February 2which is next week at the time of this writing.

The game of the creators of Abzu has a certain charm as we pointed out in our test at the time, and it was one of the first PlayStation 5 indie games when it was released. But this announcement did not come alone since the iam8bit reseller announced on Twitter in stride the existence of a physical version of the title to come in the coming weeks on Nintendo Switch, with some goodies at stake.

As a reminder, The Pathless depicts a young huntress on a mystical island with a cursed forest, a young girl accompanied by her tamed eagle thanks to which she will be able to solve various puzzles and engage in epic battles against the creatures of the forest and thus free it from the curse that gnaws at her. Note that the game is already available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Apple Arcade.
