(Boursier.com) — The Patrimmofi group has just integrated the Lyon firm Covaleurs, which represents 180 million euros in financial assets. The two partners, Marc-Olivier de Bazelaire and Pierre Joron, take a stake in the group and join the teams as “associate business leaders”.

The Office patrimonial Covaleurs, present in Lyon and Dijon, relies on a global approach in legal and financial matters which aims to meet the expectations of a large clientele of entrepreneurs, professionals, and wealthy individuals in the investment and monitoring their assets.

Georges Nemes, President of the Patrimmofi group, declares: “The group had already been present in Rhône Alpes since the integration in 2021 of the company ICF managed by Guy Roos. The synergy between the teams, the complementarity of expertise and our common vision have contributed to the group’s growth and success. This new merger further underpins our development strategy around the diversification of the offer and customer satisfaction”.
