Good news for fans of Mike Myers, the actor is back, on netflix
with The Pentaverate.
And as often, the latter will interpret many different roles.
Mike Myers East are back
Already 30 years ago, the whole world discovered Mike Myers through the character of Wayne Campbell in Wayne’s World. A few years later, the actor will play secret agent Austin Powers, as well as other characters. In 2022, the British-Canadian actor is back, in The Penteverate.
A new series exclusive to Netflix, divided into six episodes, and in which Mike Myers will play no less than eight different roles. Everything will be broadcast from May 5, and will also allow you to find other actors like Ken Jeong, Keegan-Michael Key or the excellent Jennifer Saunders. The series revolves around a mysterious secret entity dubbed “Pentaverate”, which has been influencing world events for the good of all since the Black Death.
Note that the secret society The Pentaverate had been mentioned by this same Mike Myers in the 1993 film So i Married an Ax Murderer (When Harriet cuts up Charlie! in France). This is the first major comedy project overseen by Mike Myers since The Love Guru in 2008.
