He is now at the disposal of justice,” the Minister of the Interior wrote on Twitter on Tuesday morning. The “Parisian” indicates that he would have taken prisoner by going to the brigade of Montmeyan, in the Var.
Saturday, a new call for witnesses had been launched to try to locate this man on the run for three weeks. Two photos had been revealed. On the first, Arnaud B. appeared with a clean-shaven head and beard, wearing a burgundy t-shirt with sunglasses hanging from the collar. On the second, the policeman had short hair and his face hidden by an anti-Covid mask. In the first call for witnesses released on February 10, the suspect had a black beard, shaved hair and was wearing a black T-shirt.

His wife died by strangulation
The 29-year-old peacekeeper had been wanted since January 28, the day of the discovery in his apartment in the 19th arrondissement of Paris of the body of his companion, aged 28 and who died by strangulation, according to the autopsy. The body had been discovered in the bathroom by Parisian police officers who came to the suspect’s home, assigned to Blanc-Mesnil (Seine-Saint-Denis).
