A beautiful house, but one that would be much less expensive than the one that the queen offered to her clearly privileged eldest. The UNCLE rental company carried out research in 2021 to find out the price the brothers could earn if they decided to put their house up for sale. The price which concerns Prince William would be £44,000 per month. The Frogmore Cottage property, now owned by Meghan and Harry, could be rented out £7,760 per month. The rental would be like this five times cheaper than that of Kate and William.
However, the royal house which remains more interesting to rent would be that of Buckingham Palace, obviously. UNCLE indicates in a press release that the property, “hasIth 775 rooms and a central London location, Buckingham Palace would cost £2.6 million to rent per calendar month. In second place comes St James Palace, belonging to Prince Anne. As for him, it would cost “£1.7 million rent per calendar month”. Third place returns later at Windsor Castle, who would report “£1.3 million per calendar month”.
