The prices of plane tickets from France soar by more than 20%

The highest increases on departure from Reunion

Prices over one year have risen sharply but especially from Reunion. The department posted an increase twice as strong as the average for all overseas departments (+20.5% against +10.6%).

On departure from mainland France, the increase is highly variable: +12.7% on the domestic network and +23.5% on the international network compared to April 2021. Regarding mainland-Overseas flights, the increase is lve 11.6%, still over one year.
