On August 31, the royal palace announced that the monarch “could not travel to London to receive the outgoing and incoming Prime Ministers”, while his state of health has not been good for several months. If it was just a precaution to avoid “a last minute change”in case Elizabeth II had “suddenly persistent mobility problems”the photo of this event is not without concern.
