Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the sliced cauliflower on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Add 1 knob of butter on each slice and sprinkle with turmeric and cumin. Salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes until the cauliflower takes on a nice golden color.
