Disney+ will offer some new features this week, including the continuation of a very popular series, without forgetting its big hits already available on the platform. Enough to spend a short week warm under your blanket.
Disney+, like Netflix and Prime Video, offers us new releases every week to expand its already full catalog. But unlike its comrades, for this third week of 2024, Disney+ is playing coy. There’s not much to get your teeth into, but there are still a few notable releases.
Disney + series from January 15 to 22, 2024 (S3)
No film this week, but some remarkable events on the series side including Cristobal Balenciagawhich will return to the history of the very famous couturier, but also the continuation of the 19th season ofAmerican Dad. The show is still a huge hit and the episodes follow one another without displeasure. But that will be about it this week on Disney+. We therefore advise you to take a look at what is already available like Echo for example, an excellent vintage that will surprise Marvel fans.

Unfortunately this week, we will not be better off documentary-wise on Disney+. The platform only accommodates one new program, The jewel thief, which returns to the story of Gerald Blanchard, a thief who began as a teenager by robbing a bank in Nebraska. Subsequently, he would become the author of one of the most sophisticated thefts of all time. Blanchard will steal the most precious Austrian jewel, the Star of Sissi. A story told by the thief himself, his loved ones and the two police officers who managed to get their hands on him.
