The Bündner Bahn sets the world record. In the middle of the spectacle was a peripheral tourist region: the mountain village of Bergün in the Albula Valley. Locals hope the record will help them too.
Saturday, 2:30 p.m. On the outskirts of Bergün there is a large marquee for 3,000 people. Several hundred onlookers stand in front of a screen. The longest passenger train in the world is about to pass here, 1.9 kilometers long.
