Each time, Éric Nicolle details simple, trendy and seasonal recipes while chatting with the Internet users present on the live stream at the time.
This is the opportunity to ask all the questions that come to your mind about cooking. A technique to cut a fish well, to cook with little or no fat, to obtain a nice whipped cream, to sharpen a knife… Éric is there to discuss with you but also to collect your recipe ideas, your suggestions and requests .
