The increase was 6.4% in the third quarter.

The slowdown concerns all categories of goods and all territories, but it is more marked in the provinces and for houses, where prices had soared the most when the lockdown came out of spring 2020.

In the provinces, prices rose by 6%, while in the Paris region, they only increased by 1.4%.

Houses, very busy after the health crisis, took 5.8% against 3.5% for apartments.

Notaries recorded 1.11 million transactions in 2022, a decline in numbers after the record reached in 2021 but still very high.
