“The Russians continue their assault and consolidate their positions in the center of Severodonetsk“, which has become the administrative capital of the Lugansk region for the Ukrainian authorities since the capture of the city of Lugansk in 2014 by pro-Russian separatists supported by Moscow, writes the governor on Telegram. Russian forces are also carrying out attacks on the northern, southern and eastern neighborhoods, he added.
