The Samsung Galaxy A53 5G smartphone is available in France

After the Galaxy S22 series, make way for mid-range smartphones. Samsung is gradually adding to its Galaxy A catalog – and even Galaxy M – and in particular formalized the Galaxy A53 5G a few weeks ago. The smartphone is now available for pre-order, until March 31, and comes with a pair of Galaxy Buds Live headphones, as well as €50 in credits to spend on the Google Play Store.

Billed at €459, the Galaxy A53 5G takes over from the Galaxy A52 and A52S which distinguished themselves in 2021 in our laboratories. Samsung offers here a very similar smartphone in terms of design and maintaining IP67 certification, a 6.5-inch Super Amoled screen (Full HD + and 120 Hz) or even a quadruple photo module. Samsung also equips it with a chip no longer signed by Qualcomm (the Snapdragon 778G on the Galaxy A52S), but with an Exynos 1280 accompanied by 6 GB of RAM. In the news section, we note the integration of a 5000 mAh battery compatible with 25 W charging, but also an Android 12 release supplemented by the promise of software updates for four years, as well as the Galaxy S22 series.
