Samsung’s previous Galaxy Ultra had convinced us, but not fully. It is quite different for the 2023 vintage which finally reaches the top of the range perfectly complete and pleasant in all situations. We can obviously blame this Galaxy 23 Ultra for a few things, such as reduced autonomy and a photo part that is oddly quite set back on certain points, but nothing that cannot be corrected by a subsequent update. As it stands, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra can once again claim its place as the king of premium.

Without upsetting the established order, the iPhone 14 Pro Max marks a new way of using your iPhone thanks to the addition of the Dynamic Island. But the island is not everything and Cupertino has not forgotten to consolidate what makes its strength, namely the photo, the screen and the autonomy, to the point of making it one of the most tempting iPhones of these years, at least one of the most mature. If he is not perfect, he is really not far from it, the photo being still a point of dissonance which one can only hope to see settled by his successor.
