The Scott Brothers: the teen series hid a future serial killer!

Before being the star of “Monster: The Story of Jeffrey Dahmer”, Evan Peters made his debut as an actor in the series “The Scott Brothers”. Did you recognize him?

In 9 years of existence, Les Frères Scott has attracted many guests over the episodes. Kevin Federline, Pete Wentz of the Fall Out Boys, James Van Der Beek (the unforgettable interpreter of Dawson), Joe Manganiello and many others have followed one another to give the reply to Sophia Bush, Chad Michael Murray, James Lafferty, Hilarie Burton and Bethany Joy Lenz.

If all these guests of choice have not necessarily seen their careers take off after this passage in the series, there is one who has managed to stand out and make a name for himself: Evan Peters. Before playing serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer in the eponymous Netflix series, the actor started in The Brothers Scott.

It was in season 6 that Evan Peters, who was still relatively unknown at the time, made his debut on the CW series. For six episodes, he plays Jack Daniels, a high school student in love with Sam (Ashley Rickards), Brooke’s adopted daughter. However, we ended up not learning that it was her brother, Xavier, who had attacked the stylist in her store at the start of the season.

After this rapid passage in The Brothers Scott, Evan Peters chained the roles, in particular in American Horror Story, an anthology series by Ryan Murphy in which he appears in a hundred episodes, and in the X-Men franchise of 20th Century Fox where he plays Quicksilver, a role he will resume later in Wandavision.

This year, he made himself known to the general public by lending his features to Jeffrey Dahmer, nicknamed the “Cannibal of Milwaukee”, in the Netflix series Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. His chilling interpretation of the famous serial killer has also earned him a nomination at the next Golden Globe ceremony, which will take place on January 10, in the category “best actor in a mini-series”.

The Scott Brothers currently airs Monday through Friday starting at 12:40 p.m. on TFX. The series is also available in full on Amazon Prime Video.
