However, Dr Richard Marques recommends "always use a neon mouthwash following dry brushing ".

Tempted by dry brushing? Dr Richard Marques advises to do this, preferably, the evening. Then you can rinse with a mouthwash, then brush your teeth "traditional" with toothpaste and a little water.
