the sequel to the Capcom game is made official on video

It was expected, Dragon’s Dogma 2 was announced by Capcom during a livestream for the 10 years of the franchise. Good news, but for concrete, we will have to wait (still)…

Appeared in the Nvidia leak, Dragon’s Dogma 2 is now official! Director Hideaki Itsuno announced the news so longed for by fans with a very Japanese staging.

Dragon’s 2 Dogma uses the Resident Evil engine

To conclude the video on the 10 years of the franchise, Hideaki Itsuno, director of the series, confirmed the development of Dragon’s Dogma 2. The latter, alongside Daigo Ikeno (art director) and Kenichi Suzuki (level designer ), had hidden under their clothing a t-shirt to reveal the existence of the game.

Once again, thank you for joining us in celebrating Dragon’s Dogma’s 10th anniversary. We now have an important announcement to make. Dragon’s Dogma 2 is currently under development! All team members are working hard to create a game that we hope you enjoy.

The veterans of the license, Daigo Ikeno and Kenichi Suzuki, are therefore in the game, which should reassure the most impatient. Unfortunately, no more information except that the title will be designed from the RE Engine. Capcom’s highly efficient engine that was ushered in by Resident Evil 7.
