The developers of The Serpent Rogue, a small roguelike in action adventure mode in a medieval universe, wanted to maintain their release date. Indeed, the studio being Ukrainian, the situation that you all know calls into question many things within the companies, but also within the video game studios of which Sengi Games. But the game will be released on April 26.
Sengi Games will not falter
Although the situation we’re in is hard and unprecedented, we made a decision to stick to the original plan and launch our game, The Serpent Rogue on April the 26th as promised!

As we have seen in a series of tweets from official game accountthe developers were not really sure of being able to assume the release of their brand new game on time, and we understand them. The studio had initially decided to halt its activities given the looming war in Ukrainebut Sengi Games does not budge, and intends to keep the release of his game on time.
The Serpent Rogue looks like a nice little indie game from the start of the year. The title mixes mechanics of RPG and roguelike in a universe similar to the atmosphere of Darkest Dungeon. You play as a plague doctor named “The Warden” and you will be able to create potions to help you in your adventure, or change yourself into a beast to have new gameplay possibilities. With an enticing artistic direction, The Serpent Rogue is eyeing us and we can’t wait to get our hands on it.
The Serpent Rogue is available on April 26 on Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
