A dark and mysterious story to discover from April 29
The Shining Girls is the adaptation of the eponymous novel by Lauren Baukes released in 2013. The series will follow in the footsteps of Kirby Mazrachi, played by Elisabeth Moss, an aspiring journalist who will investigate a murder strangely resembling her own assault, which occurred a few years earlier.
Throughout her research, the young woman will learn more about her past and the identity of the serial killerplayed by Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot, Tintin and the Secret of the Unicorn), which would have the power to travel in time and alter the reality of its victims.
The program also benefits from the presence of Leonardo DiCaprio, who officiates in the production of the program.
The Shining Girls will launch on April 29 on Apple TV+ with three first episodes, then one episode per week until the end of the season.
