In about a month, a new medical drama will start on RTL+. Moritz Otto plays Dr. Eric Leonard.
RTL+ will be showing a new medical drama series in just a few weeks. “The ship’s doctor” will be available on the streaming service from June 2, 2022. The production is also to be broadcast on RTL this year, but at a later date, as the broadcaster reports.
“Let’s Dance” star Ekaterina Leonova is on board
The leading role in the six episodes announced so far is played by Moritz Otto (born 1988), who kills the ship’s doctor, Dr. Eric Leonhard embodied. Among others, Anna Puck (born 1987) is alongside him as captain Henriette Mosbach, Frédéric Brossier (born 1992) becomes barman Joshua, Philipp Christopher (born 1980) plays the security officer Pablo Ruiz and Eva Löser (born 1992) the nurse Emma. In addition, “Let’s Dance” favorite Ekaterina Leonova (35) in the series on RTL+ be seen in her first acting role, writes the broadcaster. She embodies a dancer.

Sarah, the pregnant wife of Dr. Eric Leonhard disappears without a trace. The police suspect the doctor, who in turn hires a private detective. Leonhard is given a photo showing his wife on board a cruise ship. He hires on as the ship’s doctor to be able to follow the lead. In addition, of course, he also has to look after the holidaymakers on board who need his help.
