Electronic Arts released a free update for The Sims 4 on July 26.allowing Sims fans to experience some welcome new features!
There’s something new in The Sims 4!
To prepare players for the summer experience offered by The Sims 4 High School Expansion Pack, a collection of bug fixes and various updates are now available. Here are the 5 new things to remember!
The latter has seen its operating system updated to obtain a new interface, qualified as more “elegant”. All the features present before are still thereand customizing color options for each Sim’s wallpaper and phone case is faster and easier than ever.
Body hair isn’t just for werewolves anymore! Now players can find a selection of arm, leg, torso, and back hair available for teenage and older Sims. These new options can be found in the section Body of Create a Sim. As the EA teams say so well, “proudly display these distinct mammalian characteristics”.
Sims creation menu now has more options to support Sims sexual orientation. Players can thus select gender identities that attract a Sim to love levelchoose whether this Sim explores this type of relationship, and select the type of Sim this Sim wants to have romantic interactions with (or not).
For this, players must go to the section “More details” of “Customize Gender”. If these settings are not changed, Sims will retain the default orientation settings i.e. no attraction to a specific genre. His attraction may change during the game, so Sims will go crac-crac or whatever with any gender.
The free update brings with it a new version of cravings as well as a selection of never-before-seen fears for your Sims. Something to spice up their daily life even more…unless players want a bit more calm. In this case, it is possible to disable the feature in the options menu “Gameplay”.
Construction has almost no limits! It is now possible for players to place curved walls, available through the build menu. Between medium, large and very large curved pieces, there will be something for everyone!
In addition, in order to find the doors and windows that adapt perfectly to this new type of wall, new filters have been implemented: “Supports all curved walls” and “Supports large and very large curved walls”visible in Build Mode.
Summer will be full of adventures!
