The Japanese manufacturer is about to unveil its new range of smartphones. But while waiting for the official presentation, details are beginning to leak. This is particularly the case of the price of the phone which was mentioned by the insider SnoopyTech on Twitter. Unfortunately, Sony did not choose to review its copy at this level.
An indecent price?
According to these rumors, the Xperia 1 IV will be released on May 11, 2022. If we ignore its precise technical specifications, we can imagine that its performance will be up to the price displayed (at least we hope so). Because the mobile of the Japanese giant should be sold at 1399 €, an increase of 100 € compared to the price applied to the launch of the Xperia 1 III. Suffice to say that clear improvements are expected at the turn to justify such an increase.
For its part, the Xperia 10 IV will obviously be more “affordable” since its price seems fixed at 499 €. But given the more than questionable quality of the previous model (the Xperia 10 III), we can quite logically expect very handicapping concessions.
