Alstria delivers something solid

Berenberg analysts rate business development in 2023 as stable Alstria a. Although annual rental volumes are difficult to compare due to different lease expirations, the high volume of lease renewals suggests to analysts that the retention rate of Alstria’s key tenants has remained high. According to the external year-end valuation, the value of the portfolio fell to around 4.0 billion euros, compared to around 4.7 billion in the previous year. Alstria’s adjusted net asset value per share fell to 9.10 euros and the net loan-to-value ratio rose to 58.3 percent.
