Over 9 months, Capelli’s activity increased by 7.7% to 205.8 million euros. Revenue for the third quarter of 2021-2022 was up 6.1%, to 64.7 million euros. The real estate group specifies that this quarter is not very representative of the activity of the whole financial year. For the current financial year, Capelli considers that it has the means to achieve a turnover growth of around 20% but adds that it remains dependent on the global environment which could lead to certain delays.

Hopscotch
The Hopscotch Group’s consolidated turnover amounted to 154.6 million euros, and the consolidated gross margin reached 67.1 million euros for the 2021 financial year, values respectively up 25% and 20.5% compared to last year. The 4th quarter reinforced the recovery of activities observed throughout the year, particularly in event activities, which grew by 48% over the year despite the health hazards noted during the period. Consulting in Public Relations, influence, and digital communication increased in volume by almost 10%.
ImmobilireDassault
In the 4th quarter of 2021, Immobilire Dassault’s rental income amounted to 6.1 million euros, up 19.9% compared to the 4th quarter of 2020. Over the year as a whole, rental income was therefore up 25.4% to 25.2 million euros.

Reworld Media announced the acquisitions of Eclypsia and Jeux Vido Live, two sites dedicated to e-sports and online video games. Eclypsia.com is a site dedicated to major esports competitions and multiplayer video games. Created in 2012, it federates an audience of 500,000 unique visitors per month. JeuxVideo-Live.com (JVL) is a video game news site founded in 2005, which has an audience of 700,000 unique visitors per month.
Sogeclair
Sogeclair achieved a turnover of 121 million euros in 2021, down 1.6% over one year, despite growth of 17.7% to 33.2 million in the last quarter. The Aerospace division, which represents 76.5% of the engineering company’s activity, posted an increase of 2.3%, including +28.3% in the last quarter, supported by the strong recovery in aviation commercial and the good performance of business aviation (42.7% of sales). The space segment grew by 2.7% over the year. On the other hand, the Simulation (22.4% of turnover) and Vehicle segments fell by 12.6% and 14.5% respectively.

Following rumors of a possible interest in acquiring Atos’ cyber-security activities, Thales reacted. The group says it is “potentially interested in any cybersecurity assets that may be available for sale.” He adds, however, that “no discussion is underway with Atos in this respect”.
