"The summer house" has closed its doors, but there are still open arguments. At the big reunion there was a debate.
All against Eva Benetatou (28)? In this year's season of the RTL show "Das Sommerhaus der Stars", the ex- "Bachelor" candidate was sidelined from the start. She and her fiancé Chris were marginalized, insulted and, in many eyes, treated unfairly. "I do not wish anybody anything that happened in there," said the 28-year-old in the reunion show on Sunday (November 1st, also on TVNow).
YouTuber Lisha admits wrongdoing
"People who are perhaps not as strong as we are," said Benetatou, might have done something to themselves in such a situation long ago. YouTuber and show competitor Lisha (34) belonged to the top in the "summer house" along with Andrej Mangold (33) who had weathered Benetatou. Meanwhile, the YouTuber seems to regret her behavior. "I think I was the worst resident to Eva," she said. "I insulted her, I attacked her and treated her badly." Self-reflective, Lisha said, "A lot has just gone too far".
The 34-year-old also apologized to Iris Klein (53) and her husband Peter. Now that she has seen the program, she has to admit to having misjudged some residents or assumed they had wrong intentions. She attributed part of the blame to Mangold. "I like Andrej very much, like a big brother, but if we say here now that we have not been manipulated, we are all liars," said Lisha.
Andrej Mangold remains stubborn
In general, the "Bachelor" of 2019 was not exactly popular with television viewers. Again and again he had poked at Benetatou and turned the residents of the "summer house" against them. An excuse for it never came to his lips that evening. Instead, he admitted that he "did not recognize himself on the screen at some point". He now wants to reflect on it.
However, there was an apology from Kubilay Özdemir. Georgina Fleur's fiancé (30) had already caused a sensation at the beginning of this year's season by spitting Mangold in the face in front of the cameras. He felt sorry for this action today. "I don't recognize myself," he said. "I felt like a cat was pushed into the corner and unfortunately you got it," Özdemir apologized to the 33-year-old.
The Mallorca emigrants Andreas (54) and Caro Robens (41) left "Das Sommerhaus der Stars" as winners. They could look forward to the profit of 50,000 euros.
