Still as imposing, the Galaxy S9 Ultra does not revolutionize what was established by the first Ultra model. The addition of the IP68 standard is welcome, even if its presence remains questionable, but overall it remains the only real novelty. And maybe that’s for the best, since we really had no complaints with the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra — battery life aside. There remains this problem of accessories that are almost essential if you want to enjoy the full experience. But this is unfortunately a problem inherent in all tablets that have their eye on the PC side.

The extraordinary dimensions of the Tab Extreme make it a rather specific product, clearly designed as a competitor to the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra. Resolutely premium, the Lenovo tablet benefits from a gigantic Oled screen, a powerful SoC – but less than the M1 chip – and extensive compatibility with the very good Precision Pen 3 stylus supplied with the purchase. Apart from its average autonomy, it has no real fault. It can thus be transformed into a luxury viewer, an extra console or a laptop computer, depending on your needs. For this last use, it will be necessary to seriously consider the purchase of the keyboard, which turns out to be expensive, and raises the price to the level of that of a good ultrabook. If that doesn’t scare you, you’ll enjoy one of the very best models on the market.
