The Tinder Scammer: His bodyguard demands millions from Netflix and claims to be a victim of Simon Leviev

Other victims of the Tinder Scammer have come to light since the Netflix documentary was posted online. Latest: Piotr Kaluski, Simon Leviev’s bodyguard, who says he himself was extorted by the crook.

A new victim has been added to the list of people scammed by Simon Leviev, whose real name is Shimon Hayut. The man who was nicknamed The Tinder Scammer and who was the subject of a documentary on Netflix pretended to be a wealthy heir who extorted around 10 million dollars from a dozen women in Europe.

After having dangled them a dream life, between private jets, starred hotels and luxury cars, Simon Leviev made them believe that he was being chased by mysterious enemies who were after his fortune. This deception in order to extract money from his victims to help him was set up with the help of his bodyguard and right arm Piotr Kaluski, who appeared bloodied in photos to prove their speech, if one the Netflix documentary believes.

Simon Leviev’s bodyguard speaks

Except that today, this bodyguard takes the floor and affirms that the portrait which is made of him in The Scammer of Tinder is false. According to DailyMailPiotr Kaluski affirms through a letter distributed by his lawyer Joanna Parafianowicz that he has never done anything wrong and that he is also a victim of Simon Leviev, who would also have defrauded him and who still owes $11,000 for services rendered.

“His personal rights have been flagrantly and illegally violated, but also the main protagonist of the documentary owes my client a remuneration for the services rendered (approximately 10,000 euros) and escapes this payment. […] My client is a person not involved in the project depicted in the production, he had no knowledge of his employer’s financial activities and cannot be associated in any way with the allegations made.”

But that’s not all since Piotr Karluski would like Netflix to remove the documentary from its catalog. In a letter obtained exclusively by TMZthe former bodyguard of Simon Leviev also requests an official apology from the American giant and also claims 5.6 million dollars (about 4.9 million euros).

For the moment, Netflix has not responded to this request from Piotr Kaluski, who would therefore be added to the list of victims of Simon Leviev, who aims to produce a biopic like The Wolf of Wall Street. For their part, Cecilie Fjellhøy, Pernilla Sjoholm and Ayleen Charlotte, the three women present in the documentary The Scammer of Tinder, have launched a kitty on GoFundMe to hope to repay their debts.
