the top 5 offers cheaper than the EDF regulated tariff

Electricity prices rose 10% last month. Thanks to the energy mediator’s comparator, MoneyVox presents you with the most advantageous electricity offers for the month of September.

Energy prices should once again be a winter soap opera to the detriment of consumers. If fuel prices are soaring, the electricity regulation tariff (TRV) is not changing after a jump of 10% last August, or almost 160 euros on average more for 21 million households. Thanks to the comparator of the energy mediatorMoneyVox presents you with the most advantageous offers for the month of September based on the standard profiles of the Energy Regulation Commission (CRE).

At TRV, a typical Base EDF customer, consuming 2400 kWh per year, currently pays 734 euros per year. A typical peak/off-peak customer who consumes 8,500 kWh per year is billed 173 euros per month, or 2075 euros per year. First observation, the best contractual offers at the moment offer a contract with a discount of 5 or 10% based on the TRV. Only one supplier can place a fixed offerwhose price is guaranteed for 12, 24 or 36 months, in our two Top 5.

Base customer, small consumption

For our Base customer, who consumes little each month, the comparator offers 46 possible contracts. Over one month, we note an increase in prices, particularly in the price of the kilowatt hour. Energy supplier Dyneff takes first place in the Top 5, notably thanks to its bonus of 70 euros for any subscription and its cheaper subscription than the competition.

Behind, La bellenergie offers a 5% discount on the price of kWh at the regulated rate when Mint nergie offers the 10% discount.

Peak-off-peak customer, large consumer

For this customer, we have retained the default consumption proportions of the energy mediator. This means that the customer uses their devices 60% during peak hours and 40% during off-peak hours, i.e. mainly at night. On this principle, 53 offers are available to customers.
